Our Refund Policy

Web Development Services:

The client may halt work and request for a refund within ten days of the date of signing their website agreement by mailing a signed letter to the address found on our contact page. If client requests a refund within ten days of the date of signing their agreement they shall be liable to pay for all work completed and will be refunded the remaining balance of the initial payment if billable work has not exceeded a charge that would be greater than client’s initial payment. If client requests a refund after the ten days from the date of the signing of the agreement client is liable to pay for all work completed plus an additional 25% of any remaining balance that may still be due. Once project is complete no refunds will be issued.

Search Engine Optimization Services:

Client may cancel their Search Engine Optimization services at any time by mailing a signed letter to the address found on our contact page.  Client will not be entitled to a refund for any work already performed or for the current month of service. Any money paid in advance for future months of service outside of the current month may be refunded in full.  Once a cancellation letter is received client will not be billed for an additional month of service once the current month expires and will still be entitled to all services paid for until that point. Client also understands that we cannot promise and make no guarantees, expressed or implied, as to how much website traffic or new business client can or will receive or what type of return on investment client will make due to many variables beyond our control such as demand for client’s product or service.

Hosting Services:

Client may cancel their hosting at any time by mailing a signed letter to the address found on our contact page.  Client will not be entitled to a refund for any time our servers were in use by their website but is entitled to receive a refund for any hosting fees paid in advance.  If client has paid in advance and cancels before their prepaid service expires their pre-paid discount will be revoked.

All Other Services:

No refunds are offered for work already performed in rendering any other services clients contract us to perform.  Any money paid for services not yet received will be refunded to client upon receipt of a signed letter to the address on our contact page.
